Electrical Safety Month
May is Mental Health Month, Motorcycle Safety Month and Electrical Safety Month. Therefore, the GPS challenge of the week is Electrical Safety! Electricity is everywhere. Some of the warning signs of a problem with electrical systems are:
- Dimming or flickering lights
- Sizzling or buzzing sounds
- Overheated plastic odors
- Flashes or sparks
- Fuses that burn out often
- Circuit breakers that need resetting frequently
- Plugs that pull out of the receptacle easily
