GPS challenge of the week…Know how to recognize LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out)! When a machine is locked out or tagged out there is a reason, usually either maintenance or repair. Never attempt to start or reenergize a machine that has either a lock or a tag on it. The person who put the lock or tag on the machine will remove the lock or tag when the machine is ready for operation.
