We’ve Got a Client Crush! Nanci Fields from Gallman Personnel
Posted May 6th, 2014 ~ Avionte
We truly feel like we have THE BEST clients out there and the people we work with everyday are what make our roles at Avionté so rewarding. We wanted to come up with a way to show our clients just how much we appreciate their friendly attitude and the support they’ve given us.
That’s where the Client Crush blog series comes in.
Our client crushes are nominated by our employees, and a new crush will be announced on the first Tuesday of every month. Without further ado, meet Nanci Fields from Gallman Personnel Services, Inc., Avionté’s first ever client crush!
About Gallman Personnel Services, Inc.
Gallman Personnel Services, Inc. (GPS) is headquartered in Columbia, South Carolina and has eleven offices nationwide. They take a hands-on approach to really learning about the companies they partner with, understanding their goals, and offering the right solutions to help their businesses grow. The company places candidates into temporary, temp-to-hire, contract, and direct placement opportunities.
About Nanci Fields:
Nanci Fields is the VP of Finance at GPS and is in her 28th year with the company! Nanci said she started working at GPS part-time in college. Today, Nanci handles all of the financial reporting for the company and handles the company’s IT side, too. She describes herself as the, “jack of all trades, master of none.”
Why Nanci is crush-worthy:
“Nanci emails tickets in with screenshots and concise descriptions of the errors. She understands that tickets sometimes take a while … and she cracks jokes and appreciates sarcasm. Generally, she’s a very patient and understanding human being, and never gets upset about issues, or if I need to reschedule a call due to urgent matters with another client. She would be my crush (if she wasn’t a client!).” – Samuel Zinner, Customer Care Representative at Avionte.
“Nanci has been an absolute pleasure to work with. As her account manager, every Wednesday afternoon I would reach out to her for our weekly call … and it was one of those client weekly calls that I would look forward to making, as it was more catching up with good friend then an hour of work. Her sincerity and understanding when issues came up have made her a favorite among the support team. Often times during our weekly call, a Support Rep would jump on the line just to say a friendly ‘hello’. Cheers to Nanci.” – Joe Hiber, Trainer/Customer Care Representative at Avionte
Congratulations, Nanci, and thank you for all that you do!
