GPS Recipe ~ DOG Pretzels

In honor of the Carolina Gamecocks’ win over the Georgia Dawgs on Saturday…and I’m a Georgia fan but the majority at GPS are Carolina fans…

For years now Becky Gallman has made these scrumptious pretzels for the GPS Lake Party to be enjoyed by our staff!  In my GPS Business Developer days, clients would request these goodies every year so here is the recipe for all to enjoy!  Warning:  They are addictive and may cause you to eat one pound at a time!!

Enjoy!

Debbie St. Mark, GPS Client Relations

DOG (dill, oregano, garlic) Pretzels

2 pounds of mini pretzels, sticks, etc.

1 package of dry Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix

1 teaspoon dried Dill

1 teaspoon dried Oregano

1 teaspoon Garlic Salt

1 cup Canola Oil

Place pretzels in large bowl (one with a lid is the best).  Mix last 5 ingredients, mix well.  Pour over pretzels stirring every 15 minutes for one hour.  You can also close bowl with air tight lid and turn every 15 minutes for one hour to allow oil mixture to coat pretzels.  Pretzels will be oily at first but will absorb the oil.  Yummy!
